Job Description
Candidate should have 11+ years of experience in customer service.
Overseeing and assessing customer service staffs? activities and providing regular performance-related feedback.
Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of the customer service operations team.
Assisting customer service staff with duties where and when required.
Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies and explaining these to staff.
Creating and maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
Flexible to work in night shift.
