Quality - Assistant Manager? Noida
Candidates with 5+ years in Quality experience in tech support process supporting International BPO Clients
Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.
Should have good knowledge on networking& troubleshooting
Knowledge of ISO and QMS will be added advantage
Good understanding of networking and computer troubleshooting
Good Communication skills both verbal and written
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Strong Team Management Skills
Good command over MS office tools
Should have good understanding to improve customer experience
The candidate should have excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills
Good Knowledge of Sampling, Audit and Evaluation function
Analytical bent of mind having Knowledge of Seven Quality tools
Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter
Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues.
Should be flexible working in rotational shifts including Night shifts.
