Business plans as required for selling aftermarket solutions in existing accounts as well as new accounts.
Improve Productivity and Margins through domain related activities
Transition & Transformation Coordination
SOW/Metric Determination
Support Management with insights on the process/domain decisions
Build Service Offerings with the key technology partners and the Go To Market plan.
Reviews and guides the creation of specific RFP response
Works with client stakeholders to manage domain delivery expectations.
