Assistant Manager - Service Desk (IT) - Hyderabad
Candidate with minimum 4+ years of experience performing Transaction monitoring audits and providing feedback in Service desk and in tech trouble shooting process
Relevant working experience in an International Service Desk/Technical Support environment must
Exposure in Linux and MAC Support would be an added advantage
Front end Client interactions daily/weekly
Coach and monitor Team members in day-to-day operations & people management
Analyze reports for team performance on processes
Escalate issues in a timely manner across functions and suggest alternative approach
Ensure adherence to the process deliverables (KPI?s)
Review/audit transactions performed by team leads
Working closely with Team members to manage Team and Individual Performance, drawing action plans for the team
Represent the organization and participate in client visits/meetings
Work closely with all support function teams
Should be flexible for working in any shifts including Night shifts
