Process Trainer ? HR Helpdesk - Mumbai/Bangalore
Candidate must have 4+ years of experience in Process Training of HR Helpdesk, supporting for International BPO clients.
Excellent understanding of various processes, Policies, Systems of core HR Operations.
Should have experience in providing tools, culture and process training to Tier 1 HR Helpdesk team.
Should have experience in using Workflow/case management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.
Good understanding of various HR Systems/applications.
Basic understanding of MIS.
Should have good Excel and Presentation skills.
Candidate will be working as a Subject Matter Expect and should provide Process and Tools training for Tier HR helpdesk team.
Training of the team managing Tier 1 HR related queries from the client employees, line managers, vendors and other 3rd parties basis the procedures defined, instructions provided and the knowledge base available.
Should Monitor, Report and work towards improvement of agent knowledge.
Must design and improve training and assessment plans for existing agents and new hires
Should work closely with Quality Analyst and Team leads to ensure targeted training is provided.
Should work with the Client SMEs on the process changes and ensure the procedures and reference documents are updated.
Must share and implement best practices.
Present reports and plans to internal and client stakeholders.
Candidate should be flexible to work in any kind of rotational shifts including night shifts.
