Japanese Expert
2 Years experience in Japanese language
Experience of working in outsourced environment, with exposure to customer interactions (written/verbal) will be added advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Analytical bent of mind, experience in transaction quality, data analysis will be helpful in the role.
Experience of working on MS excel and PowerPoint slides will help in the role.
Good at time and project management with minimum supervision
Analyse customer feedback data
Pick up ongoing/new issues & identify trend
Document potential product improvement opportunities
Present output of work in sheets and on google slides
Connect with PSMs over GVC. Take instructions and discuss project progress
