Process Writer
Minimum 6 years of experience into Process writer
Must be able to quickly grasp the mechanics of a job function and synthesize the new knowledge into existing parameters
Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees, including the end-user, project teams, operation managers, and control partners
Must be able to make independent decisions based on known criteria
Ability to coach and mentor less experienced employees
Must be highly organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
Technical skills in the use of software applications
