Job Description

Sr. Executive ? Good Knowledge in MIS, Office ? Should be local and verse with Hyd localities. ? Should Know and able to handle the govt authorities. Job Description ? Responsible for building maintenance repairs and services. ? Managing, scheduling, and coordinating assigned real estate services. ? Comparing costs for required goods / services to achieve maximum value. ? Planning best allocation and utilization of space & resources for new projects. ? Prepare an overall budget for the Operations department incorporating operations, security, and Engineering expenses after reviewing the annual/quarterly. ? Managing vendors and keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts related to administration. ? Asset management. ? Canteen management, maintenance, Coordination with the Canteen committee and ensuring smooth functioning for the same. ? Implementing stringent security measures for the safety of High value assets of the company and conducting timely Security/ safety audits. ? Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety and cleanliness in accordance with client and statutory requirements. ? Maintain relations with external agencies & Government bodies like Factory Inspector, Labor office, etc.
