OPS Manager- International Voice process ? Candidate should have Experience into International voice process. ? Telephone etiquettes / MS office / Effective communication. ? Candidate should be from Voice domain and should be into voice and sales process. ? Candidate should be able to define each KRA / KPIs (Target / Productivity on real time basis) and every aspect of their matrix. ? Candidate should be able to explain Shrinkage, Attrition, floor management, team performance management, PIP (performance improvement plans) ? ? Candidate with excellent communication skills with International Voice experience. ? Candidate should manage high number of team size. ? Candidate should be excellent in written and verbal communication skills. ? Candidate with BPO industry exposure and should be flexible with shifts.
