Manager- OPS Manager- Non Voice process ? Candidate should have Experience into Non voice process. ? Telephone etiquettes / MS office / Effective communication. ? Candidate should be from Non-Voice domain, ? Candidate should be able to define each KRA / KPIs (Target / Productivity on real time basis) and every aspect of their matrix. ? Candidate with excellent communication skills and should manage high number of team size. ? Candidate should have excellent in written and verbal communication skills. ? Candidate with BPO industry exposure and should be flexible with shifts.
