Operations Specialist
Candidate Specification: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations
Job description:
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in smart sheet to monitor and analyze the performance of various departments within Company.
Schedule and facilitate meetings including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Ensure necessary participants are available and informed.
Take accurate and detailed meeting notes, ensuring they are disseminated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Efficiently handle and execute unexpected tasks or projects as they arise.
Review, validate, and ensure accuracy of invoices in relation to Purchase Orders (POs). Establish checks and balances independently for the review process.
Follow and ensure adherence to the onboarding process for employees, ensuring timely provision of resources such as computer access.
Ensure that established processes are followed consistently across the organization, and promptly report any discrepancies to the manager.
Regularly review, refine, and optimize operational processes, recommending areas of improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
