Operation Executive
Candidate Expectation and Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 1+ yrs of experience
Learner Support: Assist in responding to learner inquiries and resolving issues related to course enrollment, access, and technical support.
Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate records of learner information and program data using our systems and databases.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including scheduling, document management, and record-keeping.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the operations department and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
Communication: Collaborate with other teams, such as customer support and content development, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Quality Assurance: Assist in reviewing and ensuring the quality and accuracy of educational materials and content.
Reporting: Generate and compile reports on operational metrics and key performance indicators.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ,Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in operations, administration, or customer support is a plus but not required.
