Excellent Project, Program management, and Coordination and Communication Skills Job Responsibilities : Conduct BE induction sessions with new joiners of all three wings Calendarize all BE initiatives, programs and engagements Capture inputs from all three wings and support in framing BE policies. Schedule and coordinate for monthly BE meetings with Directors and quarterly BE Council meeting with Corp BE Monitor and ensure closure of ATRs points of monthly BE meetings with Directors and quarterly BE Council. Coordinate and closely work with Corporate BE team for all BE initiatives so as to align foundation?s improvement initiatives to Group BE programs. Facilitate BE Assessor Certification Programs with Consultants and Corp BE Teams Coordinate and schedule BE Assessments with External Agencies and Corp BE Coordinate and organize regular BE R&R Events for all three wings Impart training on improvement methodologies, 5S, Idea factory and Kaizens as appropriate to three wings . Manage the CIP, Idea Factory and Kaizens Portal .
