Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Customer Relationship will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth initiatives. This role involves proactive engagement with clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and building long-term partnerships that contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:
·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
·         Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
·         Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
·         Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives.
·         Prepare reports on customer feedback, service performance, and relationship metrics.
·         Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
·         Ensure timely resolution of client issues while maintaining professionalism.
