Job description
Procurement Manager/Executive
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager/Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process from vendor sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of interior fit-out materials.

Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process for interior fit-out materials, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation.
- Process purchase orders (PO) and work orders (WO) in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of bill of quantities (BOQ) to ensure accurate procurement and delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and site teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the procurement process.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and management information systems (MIS) to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Negotiate rates with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials.
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and site teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues and negotiate rates with vendors.
- Proficient in procurement documentation and management information systems (MIS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
