Job Title: Program Manager IT Recruitment
 
Role Overview: Responsible for leading IT recruitment strategy, niche skill hiring, executive hiring, walk-in planning, and recruitment delivery across India with additional focus on GCC hiring support.
 
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT recruitment delivery for niche, leadership, and volume hiring.  
Drive hiring strategy, workforce forecasting, and sourcing plans.
Manage executive hiring including VP and senior leadership roles.
Design and execute walk-in and mass recruitment strategies.
Use data analysis and dashboards for recruitment performance and insights.
Collaborate with business leaders for hiring planning across India.
Ensure strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
Lead a team of recruiters, mentors, and sourcing specialists.
Manage vendor partners and external sourcing channels.
Leverage ATS, AI sourcing tools, and recruitment automation.
Support specialized hiring for GCC regions (added advantage).
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
Expertise in IT recruitment and niche technology hiring.
Experience hiring for VP and executive leadership roles.
Strong data analysis and recruitment analytics capabilities.
Strategy development for sourcing, walk-ins, and market mapping.
Experience hiring for India and GCC regions.
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management.
Expert use of ATS and sourcing platforms.
Experience managing large recruitment teams.
Knowledge of recruitment trends and talent intelligence.
