We are seeking an experienced Lead Backend Developer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core and C#, with expertise in Web API's, MVC, and Azure. The successful candidate will lead the development of our backend systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of backend systems using .NET Core and C#
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance Web API's and MVC applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain Azure-based solutions, including microservices and API's
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in .NET Core and C# development
  • Strong expertise in Web API's, MVC, and Azure
  • Experience with microservices and API development
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
