Lead - Finance
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead - Finance to join our team in Chennai or Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and compliance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring statutory compliance.

Responsibilities
- Manage the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GST and direct tax laws, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Implement and maintain a Document Management System (DMS) to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of financial documents.
- Develop and implement strategies for working capital management, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage the accounting and financial operations of an automotive dealership, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with GST and direct tax laws, including compliance and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software such as Tally or SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
