Lead - Finance

Location

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GST and direct tax laws, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Implement and maintain a Document Management System (DMS) to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of financial documents.
• Develop and implement strategies for working capital management, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage the accounting and financial operations of an automotive dealership, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant 
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with GST and direct tax laws, including compliance and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software such as Tally or SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
