Job description
14+ years of experience driving enterprise organization
development strategy using analytics-led frameworks and senior leadership
engagement.
Lead enterprise organization design, role and career
architecture, and structural governance ensuring consistency, scalability, and
policy compliance.
Design, benchmark, and deploy robust performance management
systems including appraisals, 360° feedback, PIP, and leadership reviews.
Analyze organizational and employee data (engagement,
attrition, climate) to derive insights and implement targeted OD interventions.
Lead internal and external OD consulting engagements,
delivering research-based, action-oriented solutions across organizational
levels.
Build OD thought leadership through research, white papers,
POVs, and participation in industry forums and knowledge platforms.
Enhance HR analytics, reporting capability, and HR systems
by benchmarking metrics, tools, and best practices.
Lead, mentor, and govern OD teams while ensuring process
compliance, audit readiness, and data-driven retention strategies.
