- Manage the day-to-day operations of healthcare facilities, including patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for patients, families, and staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on patient care and facility operations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with patients and families to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong background in hospitality, hospitality management, follow-ups, and travel & logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
