Job description
Roles
& Responsibilities
Prepare
accurate and timely monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance
Sheet, and Cash Flow for assigned entities
Perform
variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods; provide clear
explanations and insights
Process
and review operational and administrative expenses, ensuring correct accounting
treatment
Handle
accounts payable activities including contractor and supplier payments
Perform
balance sheet reconciliations (accruals, prepayments, intercompany, fixed
assets, bank)
Ensure
compliance with IFRS / GAAP, company policies, and internal controls
Must-Have
Skills
Strong
experience in Management Accounting / Financial Reporting
Hands-on
exposure to month-end close and full management accounts preparation
Solid
understanding of IFRS / GAAP accounting standards
Proven
experience in balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas,
reconciliations)
