Proven experience supporting deal structuring and working
directly with AEs/Deal Strategy
Strong Salesforce case triage and coordination: queue
management, stakeholder follow‑up,
SLA awareness
Clear written advisory skills and documentation ability
(playbooks, FAQs)
Salesforce proficiency (Cases, Accounts, Opportunities;
ability to find context and artifacts)
Advanced Google
Sheets / Excel skills for reporting and analysis
Ability to interpret complex commercial asks and propose
practical, supportable solutions
