Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Act
as a solution advisor during the presale’s lifecycle, engaging with retail
clients to understand business challenges, functional requirements, and
technology landscape
Collaborate
with sales, product, delivery, and alliance teams to design end-to-end retail
solutions aligned to client objectives
Lead
solution architecture, scope definition, and effort estimation for RFPs, RFIs,
and proactive pursuits
Design
digital, data, and operational transformation solutions across omnichannel
retail, supply chain, merchandising, and store operations
Create
and present value propositions, solution decks, demos, and business cases to
CXO and senior stakeholders
Must-Have
Skills
Strong
presales and solution design experience in the Retail / Consumer / E-commerce
domain
Deep
understanding of retail business processes – Merchandising, Supply Chain, Store
Ops, E-commerce, Order Management
Proven
expertise in RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, estimation, and proposal
management
Ability
to articulate business value, ROI, and transformation outcomes
Excellent
stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
