experience in Transformation with Black belt certification in Banking
domain
Strong
understanding of banking risk processes, especially in credit risk management
Project
Management: Experience managing multiple short-term, high-visibility projects
with timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Business
Analysis: Ability to analyse business requirements, processes, and data; create
detailed requirement documents and coordinate with stakeholders for successful
delivery.
Automation &
Reporting: Experience managing projects involving VBA, MS Access, and
dashboards – not necessarily work on it – but should have knowledge on how they
work.
Banking Domain
Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking processes, especially in risk
management and compliance.
Data Analysis:
Advanced skills in MS Excel for data interpretation and reporting.
Database &
SQL: Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries for data
extraction
RPA Tools:
Familiarity with Power Automate and similar tools for workflow optimization.
Data
Visualization: Proficiency in designing dashboards for actionable insights.
