Job Description:
16+ years overall
experience, with 10+ years in P&C insurance broking
End-to-end back-office
operations for P&C Insurance Broking, with client-facing
responsibility
Strong experience in
broking operations, including underwriting support, policy administration,
and finance operations
Proven exposure to
process transformation, with a sharp focus on automation and digitization
initiatives
Ability to drive
operational efficiency, controls, and scalability
Experience supporting
account growth or pre-sales activities is a plus but not mandatory
Should be flexible in working shifts as per client requirement.
