Job Title : Training & Quality (Banking) – Director - Bangalore

Minimum 16+ years of quality & training experience in ITES industry with good exposure to managing large teams in Banking Domain

Ability to handle complex assignments and create overview of complex projects and communicate plans and approaches in clear, concise and professional manner in verbal and written form.

Experience in managing global quality assurance program for BPO operations

Knowledge of analytics systems and tools to enhance the quality of delivery to the business

Experience in data management and monitoring tools and processes

Proven track record in setting up and delivering Operational excellence delivery models

Successful track record in growing and inspiring large global teams, with proven ability to select, attract, motivate, retain, and develop leaders and team members.

Successful track record of improving performance against quality, efficiency, and effectiveness metrics, and meeting/exceeding contractual service level performance requirements.

Experience of managing multiple clients with a large HC.

Proven ability to drive performance and grow businesses.

Experience with a matrix driven organization. Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Strong internal client-facing skills with excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.

Analytical acumen and the ability to streamline complex processes.

MBA/ PG Degree is preferred
