Job description
Roles and
Responsibilities

To ensure SLA
compliance, monitor procurement performance, and implement risk mitigation
strategies. Drive process improvements through analysis, reporting, and quality
adherence.

To build strong
partnerships with internal teams and vendors to align operations. Mentor team
members and foster collaboration for capability development.

To analyze
procurement data to identify trends and recommend optimal solutions.
Communicate insights effectively, encourage innovation, and promote continuous
learning
·
Must Have skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply
Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- 4–6 years of procurement or
supply chain experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead
role.
- Strong working knowledge of
procurement processes, sourcing, vendor management, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in ERP
platforms (SAP/Oracle/Ariba or similar).
