Roles and Responsibilities

·        To ensure SLA compliance, monitor procurement performance, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Drive process improvements through analysis, reporting, and quality adherence.
·        To build strong partnerships with internal teams and vendors to align operations. Mentor team members and foster collaboration for capability development.
·        To analyze procurement data to identify trends and recommend optimal solutions. Communicate insights effectively, encourage innovation, and promote continuous learning

Must Have skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
  • 4–6 years of procurement or supply chain experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong working knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/Ariba or similar).
