Associate Manager - HR
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager - HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, specifically in Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning, Employee Life Cycle, Employee Engagement, and MIS. The role will involve managing the induction process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct manpower planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources and meet business objectives.
- Manage the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and separation processes.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Maintain and analyze MIS reports to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Oversee the induction process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Requirements
- MBA degree from a recognized institution.
- 6-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, manpower planning, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and HRIS systems.
