Enterprise Data Management & Privacy - Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Enterprise Data Management & Privacy team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Privacy Risk Assessment, Regulatory Compliance, and Program Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic roadmaps, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for Enterprise Data Management & Privacy
  • Manage projects related to data management and privacy, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Conduct Privacy Risk Assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement Control Management frameworks to ensure data security and privacy
  • Lead the Enterprise Privacy Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive data management and privacy initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data management and privacy solutions meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain data analytics reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Enterprise Data Management & Privacy
  • Strong background in Privacy Risk Assessment, Regulatory Compliance, and Program Management
  • Excellent strategic planning and roadmapping skills
  • Proven experience in managing projects and teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques
  • Certifications in data management and privacy, such as CIPP/E or CIPT, are a plus
