Assistant Manager - HR
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager - HR to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Compliance.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in India
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely solutions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Provide guidance and support to junior HR staff members
Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
