Assistant Manager - HR

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager - HR to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, select, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in India
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely solutions
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Provide guidance and support to junior HR staff members

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
