Desired Competencies
8-10 years of relevant experience in Private / Corporate Banking and
Wealth Management domain
Must be IT graduate with
significant industry experience.
Handson experience in Capital Markets – Corporate Actions Must-Have
To undertake Business Analyst roles covering SDLC phases using AGILE
mythology of delivery.
Experience in creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and
charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
Strong problem-solving and analytics skills with Excellent communication
and presentation skills
Experience with Data Quality Implementation/Improvement projects
Key responsibilities
Able to communicate with
developers and understand technology language and terminology.
Able to take ownership of
issues and work independently using own initiative and making logical
decisions.
Elicits, analyses, specifies,
and validates the business needs of stakeholders.
Works with stakeholders and
project team to prioritize collected requirements.
Assists with the
interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating
these back to the business stakeholders.
Manages and tracks the status
of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine, as
necessary.
Support in SIT and UAT.
Communicates changes,
enhancements, and modifications of business requirements.
