Job description
Roles and
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic and operational HR advisor to IT business
leaders, enabling delivery excellence through a high‑performing and engaged
workforce.
Design and drive people strategy aligned to IT business
objectives, including workforce planning, retention, engagement, and capability
development
Partner with Talent Partner Groups to ensure effective
execution of talent programs across the IT organization.
Support business transformation, change initiatives, and
organizational design aligned to IT and digital priorities.
Provide HR input to client‑facing initiatives, delivery
transformations, and technology‑led growth programs.
Collaborate across HR COEs to deliver integrated people
solutions.
Skill Set
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting IT /
Technology / Digital organizations.
Strong understanding of IT business models, delivery
structures, and talent challenges in a T1 environment.
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed, and high‑growth
IT environment
