Job description
15+ years of progressive experience in Compensation
& Benefits / Total Rewards leadership roles.
Define and drive the Global Total
Rewards Strategy aligned with business and talent priorities.
Strong expertise in Executive
Compensation, Incentive Design, and Equity Programs.
Proven experience managing large-scale annual
compensation cycles and rewards budgets.
Deep knowledge of market benchmarking
practices (Mercer, WTW, Aon, Radford) and pay equity methodologies.
Experience driving M&A rewards
integration and organizational transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with
exposure to C-suite leadership.
Demonstrated ability to lead and scale Total
Rewards teams in a multi-region environment.
Familiarity with leading HRIS
platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) and analytics tools.
