6 years of
experience in QA and testing, with strong focus on Genesys call center
solutions
Hands-on
experience with Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage (or similar platforms)
Strong
understanding of:Call center workflows and telephony concepts
IVR, CTI,
call routing, and agent desktop functionality
Experience
in integration testing with CRM systems and third-party applications
Proven
experience coordinating with offshore teams
Strong
analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
