Job description

Lead end-to-end transition for Lifescience, lifecycle: Due Diligence → Solution Design → Knowledge Transfer → Go-Live → Stabilization → Handover to Operations.
Develop detailed transition project plans, timelines, risk registers, and resource allocation plans.
Define governance framework, reporting cadence, and escalation matrix.
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and business case assumptions.
Act as primary transition SPOC for clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular steering committee meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
Manage expectations and drive alignment between client, operations, HR, IT, and training teams.
Lead process mapping, SOP documentation, and process re-engineering initiatives.
Oversee knowledge transfer sessions (onsite/offshore/virtual).
Identify automation and transformation opportunities during transition.
Identify transition risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Track dependencies, compliance gaps, and operational readiness.
Ensure smooth go-live with minimal business disruption.
Manage transition budgets, cost tracking, and ROI realization.
Support hiring plans and training strategies during ramp-up.
Ensure optimal resource utilization and adherence to financial targets.
Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives during transition.
Capture lessons learned and implement best practices for future transitions.
Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Strong expertise in BPO transitions (Voice/Non-Voice/Back Office/Finance/HR/IT Services).
Proven experience in large-scale migration and global delivery models.
Project management expertise (PMP/Prince2 preferred).
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Risk management and problem-solving capability.
Financial acumen and budgeting knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
