Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as a Lead - managing Leadership and Executive Hiring - Technology Hiring. 
Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
Execute strategic global hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter keeping in mind international Information Technology trends.
Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.
Drive the IT recruitment process across the full spectrum for Applications domain

Must Have Skill Set

To be good in Strategic Sourcing and Leadership Hiring
Should have good experience in IT Applications hiring.
Experience in End to End Recruitment Process
