Job Title: S2C Contract Sourcing and Negotiation

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced S2C professional with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Source to Contract processes. The candidate should have strong exposure to strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract lifecycle management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end Source to Contract (S2C) process including sourcing strategy, RFx management, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and service levels.
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Conduct supplier evaluation, risk assessment, and onboarding.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts in alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Business stakeholders for contract approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
