Job description
Candidate needs to be familiar or
hands on with data management and be comfortable with MS Office (Excel
specifically should be proficient). Experience in management of compensation
process will be useful.
Should be able to communicate and
articulate well, have an understanding of HR process and basic understanding of
compensation philosophies. Should be able to create reports/ dashboards, track
existing programs for compliance and deliver tasks on time and accurately

compensation intervention, manage multiple stakeholders to get a program or
process completed, compensation analysis, be comfortable with creating executive
summaries on compensation, apply logical thinking and business sense to driving
