AM/Manager - Bid Management

We are seeking an experienced Civil Bid Management professional to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil bid management, presales, and business development, with experience in managing bids from initiation to award.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bids from initiation to award, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and procurement, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Conduct bid evaluations and provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Prepare and present bid proposals, including RFPs and RFQs
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on bid performance and outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bid management

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Civil bid management, presales, and business development
  • Strong knowledge of bid management processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and tendering
  • Experience in civil construction and civil contract management
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including MS Excel and ML for data analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or management
