Assistant Manager HR

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our team in Perungudi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and other employee-related programs.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including performance appraisals and goal setting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff and other employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • MBA degree from a recognized institution.
  • 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems, such as HRIS and payroll software.
