Assistant Manager HR
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our team in Perungudi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and other employee-related programs.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
- Conduct performance management activities, including performance appraisals and goal setting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff and other employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- MBA degree from a recognized institution.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems, such as HRIS and payroll software.
