Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Perungudi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing operations, team handling, customer relationship management, coaching, performance management, and sales analytics.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Conduct coaching and performance management to ensure team members are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness
- Manage sales order processing, sales order management, and sales planning to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Prepare and present sales reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability
- Manage and maintain sales force CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales and marketing operations, team handling, customer relationship management, coaching, performance management, and sales analytics
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, sales planning, and sales reporting
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Proficiency in sales force CRM and other sales analytics tools
- Strong coaching and performance management skills to ensure team members are meeting their sales targets
