Job description
Must have 18+ years of work experience with IT Service
Delivery expertise in large AMS engagements
Setting strategic directions in area of service operations,
service management, metrics and governance
Client Stakeholder Communication and Management at a
transaction level and participate and provide updates during governance
meetings monthly performance reviews and business review meetings
Escalation Management across many towers for delivery and
people
Expertise in governing managed services and risk management
Accountable for the Governance and day to day operations of
several Mission Critical Services and
Managed Services within Application portfolio
Operational Excellence Provides insights on improvements
while ensuring adherence
to operational best practices, exposure to SLA, KPIs in
production support engagement"
People Management
Knowledge / experience in Neuro IT, Agentic AI, ITIL,
Technology experience will be desirable
Good to have Life Science domain
