Senior Manager - Program Management - Bangalore

Lead end-to-end strategic program management across multiple high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational vision, transformation roadmap, and business priorities.

Partner directly with CXO and executive leadership to shape strategy, define OKRs, drive governance cadence, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Drive large-scale transformation programs including digital, process, cost optimization, and operating model changes with measurable financial and operational impact.

Establish robust program governance frameworks covering financial oversight, risk management (RAID), milestone tracking, and executive reporting.

Manage cross-functional and multi-geo teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment, change adoption, and seamless execution across regions.

Apply structured methodologies (Agile, Lean, Hybrid) to deliver predictable outcomes, continuous improvement, and sustainable transformation impact.
