Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in operations management in content management
- Strong background in operations management, transaction processing, and team productivity metrics
- Proven track record of improving process efficiency and driving team productivity
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare and present management reports to stakeholders
