Lead/Associate - OTC Billing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead/Associate - OTC Billing in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in O2C/OTC Billing processes, with a strong background in ERP tools, specifically Infor LN/Baan.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient OTC / O2C processes to improve billing accuracy and reduce cycle times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OTC and O2C processes with other business functions.
  • Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and support to team members on OTC and O2C processes and ERP tool usage.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall billing efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing processes and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience in OTC/O2C/ Order to Cash Billing processes.
  • Strong expertise in OTC Billing and ERP tools, specifically Infor LN/Baan.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members.
