Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advice to business leaders and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring needs and support recruitment strategies.
Support compensation and benefits programs, annual reviews, and salary benchmarking
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Must have skillset:
Experienced in HR Business Partnering.
Graduate from B- School
