Manager - Talent Acquisition
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing, with a proven track record of success in hiring top talent for BPO Domine, particularly in international voice processes

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Develop and manage the recruitment budget to ensure optimal ROI
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong knowledge of job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Experience in BPO hiring, particularly in international voice processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
