Manager - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing, with a proven track record of success in hiring top talent for BPO Domine, particularly in international voice processes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Develop and manage the recruitment budget to ensure optimal ROI
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
  • Experience in BPO hiring, particularly in international voice processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
