Roles
& Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end service delivery for media/OTT platform operations ensuring
adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs.
Manage
L1/L2 support teams responsible for application support, incident management,
and operational monitoring.
Act
as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and coordinate with L3
engineering teams for resolution.
Oversee
monitoring of video workflows including ingestion, transcoding, packaging, and
distribution pipelines.
Collaborate
closely with client engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues
and improve platform performance.
Ensure
smooth incident management, problem management, and change management aligned
with ITIL standards.
Must-Have
Skills
Strong
experience in Media / OTT / Video Streaming domain.
Deep
understanding of video workflows including ingestion, transcoding, encoding,
packaging, and distribution.
Experience
managing application support and operations teams (L1/L2 support).
Hands-on
experience with incident management and troubleshooting production issues.
Knowledge
of CDN architecture, Adaptive Bitrate (ABR) streaming, and media distribution
networks.
