Senior Analyst - Scrum Master
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst - Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework, with experience in Sprint Planning, Scrum Ceremonies Facilitation, Stakeholder Management, Impediment Resolution, and Backlog Management.

Responsibilities
- Lead Agile teams in implementing Scrum Framework and Agile Methodology
- Plan and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
- Manage and prioritize Backlog items to ensure timely completion of projects
- Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Monitor and report on team performance and progress
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework
- Strong knowledge of Scrum Ceremonies and Backlog Management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to facilitate team collaboration and resolve conflicts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile project management tools and software
