Candidate Specification – Exp – 5+
years, Certification - ITIL (Service Management).
Job Description:
Incident Management: Expert knowledge of IT Service Management
(ITSM) tools like ServiceNow or Jira to track and report on tech support metrics
and SLAs.
Technical Breadth: Familiarity with networking fundamentals (VPN,
Wi-Fi, DNS), cloud services (Azure, SaaS and security tools (Zscaler,
Defender).
Experience: Typically requires 5–10 years in IT support, with at
least 3 years in a leadership or executive-facing capacity.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science, or a related field is standard.
